The Induction Phase
A faith-based approach, teaching biblical principles through group studies and personal studies. Individual mentoring, helping students uncover old destructive behavior patterns which led them to and kept them in a lifestyle of addiction. A new way to think about life which helps students begin the process of making better choices.
The Vocational Phase
A faith-based approach, applying phase I biblical principles in real world environments. Teen Challenge offers group studies teaching the five components of recovery. A vocational program in which the students are literally employed, paying their own tuition, saving their own money while in the program.
The Re-Entry Phase
A faith-based approach toward making real life decisions based on their new Godly character. A process in which students and their mentor plan an exit strategy covering the 6 components of transition and financial direction: employment, communication, transportation, home church, recovery maintenance plan, and a place to live upon graduating Teen Challenge.
