Justin Franich, Executive Director of Shenandoah Valley Adult Teen Challenge

Executive Director

Justin Franich

Teen Challenge graduate, 21 years clean, and host of the Rebuilding Life After Addiction podcast. Helping families navigate addiction recovery since 2005.

Justin entered Teen Challenge in 2004 as a 110-pound meth addict. He graduated the program in 2005 and immediately began serving in ministry — first as a youth pastor, then as the co-founder of the Shenandoah Valley Teen Challenge men's home with his father, John Franich.

Over the next two decades, Justin helped grow SVTC from a single brick house into a full recovery campus serving both men and women. He now serves as Executive Director, overseeing operations, sober living programs, and family support services.

In 2021, Justin launched the Rebuilding Life After Addiction podcast — long-form conversations with people who have walked through addiction, faith crisis, and recovery. The show has featured pastors, counselors, TC graduates, and families who have experienced God's restoration firsthand.

Justin lives in Mount Jackson, Virginia, with his wife Ashley and their three daughters.
