Shenandoah Valley Teen Challenge is a faith-based addiction recovery nonprofit in Mount Jackson, Virginia. We run a podcast with 1,700+ YouTube subscribers, a website reaching thousands daily, and we’re building out a community space that will host live shows, events, and media production.
Our best content has always come from conversation, not performance. Our Executive Director, Justin Franich, is a TC graduate with a personal recovery story and the primary voice behind everything we produce. We need someone in the room who can keep the production running, ask the right questions from behind the camera, and help turn raw recordings into finished content. There will be opportunities to get on camera too, but the primary role is making sure the content gets made, edited, and out the door.
