For the People Who Make the Call

Most recovery content is written for the addict.
Ours isn't.
After 20 years in this work, I've learned something that changed how we approach everything: 80% of the calls we received at our residential program came from families. Not the person struggling. The mom searching at 2am. The grandmother who won't give up. The spouse holding the family together while everything falls apart around them.
The content may be about recovery, but we've always been speaking to the people who love them.
So we rebuilt our online presence around that truth.
Two Sites, One Mission
Instead of one cluttered website trying to do everything, we now have two platforms with clear purposes:
SVTC.info is for families seeking help and supporters who want to give. If your loved one is in crisis and you need to talk to someone, this is where you go. Phone number front and center. Contact form right there. No digging through menus while your hands are shaking.
JustinFranich.com is for resources, teaching, and the podcast. Articles on setting boundaries. Devotionals for the long middle. The stuff that equips you for a journey that doesn't end when they check into a program.
SVTC connects families to help. JustinFranich.com equips you for the road ahead.
What's New on SVTC.info
The "Get Help" page finally works like it should. Phone number visible. Embedded contact form so you can reach out without leaving the page. A clear explanation of what to expect when you call, because nobody needs more surprises right now.
We've also added program referrals to Teen Challenge centers nationwide and curated resources specifically for parents and loved ones.
For those who want to support the work, we've streamlined the donation experience. You can now give in memory or honor of someone, including my father, John Franich, who went home to be with Jesus on Christmas Day. There's also Team Hope, our monthly giving program for those who want to partner with us consistently.
And speaking of Dad: we created a permanent memorial page for him. His story, his ministry timeline from 1948 to 2025, photos, video, and testimonials from lives he touched. Twenty-five years of ministry history, preserved.

What's New on JustinFranich.com
All the blog articles, devotionals, and teaching now live in one place with navigation organized around what you actually need. Not what looks good on a sitemap.
The "Rebuilding Life After Addiction" podcast, which I co-host with Robert Grant, is easier to find. Available on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify. Our focus is what happens after you get clean, the part most people ignore.
You'll also find honest information about Teen Challenge Virginia, including real answers about cost and success rates. Plus guides for families trying to navigate a system that wasn't designed to be navigated.
If you want to book me to speak at your church, conference, or event, there's now a dedicated page for that at JustinFranich.com/booking-requests.
A Return to Our Roots
Some of you know that SVTC is transitioning away from residential programming. I wrote about that a few weeks ago.
Here's what I want you to understand: this isn't an ending. It's a return to how we started.
Before SVTC had buildings, Dad ran a one-room referral office in Staunton. He made phone calls. Connected people to programs. Believed God could use him to help a few people get their lives back together.
We're going back to that model, but with a heavy emphasis on digital resources and content alongside in-person community groups.
The truth is, we can now serve more families through content and referrals than residential beds ever could. The mission continues. It just looks different.

The Bottom Line
Families in crisis can now find help faster. The people who love addicts finally have resources built for them. Our founder's legacy lives on. And the ministry continues, stronger and more focused than before.
From recovery to restoration. From maintenance to mission. Equipping people who love addicts.
That's what we're here for.
