Michael Hiles from Dreamland Tattoo was back at our campus in Mount Jackson, Virginia today working with the men in our program. Michael is a longtime friend of mine and of this ministry, and he's been offering free tattoo removal to our guys for years.

For a lot of men coming out of addiction, their skin tells a story they don't want to carry anymore. Gang tattoos, drug-related ink, names from relationships that were part of the destruction. These are marks that follow you into job interviews, into church, into your kid's school. Getting them removed isn't cosmetic. It's part of moving forward.

Michael doesn't charge our students. He never has. He just shows up, does the work, and sends them home a little freer than they were before. That's the kind of partnership that makes a ministry like this possible. People with skills who use them to serve.
