Field Notes
Sunday Morning at Valley Pike Church of the Brethren

We had a great Sunday morning sharing at Valley Pike Church of the Brethren in Maurertown, Virginia. The church invited us to come share testimonies and talk about the ministry. What God's doing, what Teen Challenge is, and why it matters.
That's what a typical Teen Challenge church service looks like. We show up on a Sunday morning, our guys share their stories, and I talk about the work. No pitch. No performance. Just honest stories from people whose lives have been changed.
Valley Pike is a small church in Shenandoah County, right off the Valley Pike between Woodstock and Strasburg. These are the kinds of churches that have supported Teen Challenge for years. Quietly, faithfully, without fanfare. They invite us in, they feed us after, and they pray for us when we leave.
If your church would like to have us come share on a Sunday morning, reach out to us. We'd love to come. And if you or someone you love needs addiction help in the Shenandoah Valley, visit our Get Help page.

A Few Days in Chattanooga Changed How I Think About What We're Building
I spent a few days at Living Free headquarters in Chattanooga for facilitator training and spoke at City Church's Fresh Start group. The research is in. The data backs up what we already knew. And this program goes way deeper than 12 steps.

We're Not Closing. We're Relaying the Foundation.
